根据github上的 仙女Plus 去年制作的霓虹灯主题 https://github.com/Fairy-Plus/OpenCoretheme 修改得来的。
原主题只能用在056的OC引导版本，提取图标和背景重新修改了一下，现在0.7.0也可以用了。
