说真的，我也看不明白，应该是一个命令行的OC引导，生成，制作，升级，打包的工具吧，支持windows和macOS系统。
对于萌新来说应该也挺困难的，所以这里就单独指路吧，真的想研究的，去点github的，看看readme.md
